INC began its activities in the city of Juiz de Fora in 2008, incorporating and constructing houses in residential condominiums. Since its foundation, the Company has always sought speed, quality and low cost in all its projects. As of 2011, the company began to work in the incorporation and construction of verticalized enterprises, with a focus on small residential buildings in the popular housing segment, included in the Federal Government's Minha Casa Minha Vida (MCMV) 1.5 range; 2 and 3.

We start to reap the fruits of our work, always seeking better quality at lower costs, and consequently, obtaining higher sales speeds, contracting and construction, differentiating us from our competitors. This initial success encouraged us to launch and build larger developments to meet the growing demand for INC apartments.

Between 2012 and 2014, we launched, incorporated and built projects of 100 to 300 units. The growth in the size of the projects and the consequent increase of the construction sites allowed us greater gains in scale. We decided to increase the level of standardization of our projects and construction methods, this strategic decision resulted in efficiency gain and margin in our operation.

Despite the challenging economic times, the Company continued to grow in subsequent years. We take advantage of the space left in the market by some companies of the sector to obtain better conditions in the negotiations of acquisition of lands. We also obtained better negotiation conditions with our suppliers of material and labor. Between 2015 and 2016, we launched, incorporated and built projects of 400 to 800 units, following the guidelines of increasing standardization and gain in scale.

The year 2017 was a milestone for INC. We launched our first venture of 1000 units, we achieved growth in launches, sales and margin. We introduced the concept of 'smart apartments' this year. We accelerated the process of implementation of corporate governance and improvements in management controls, culminating in the Company's registration with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) in November 2017.

In March 2018 the Company was officially listed on B3 through the "Bovespa Mais" program.
